1. This offer is made subject to the vendor delivering merchantable Title to the property or acceptable instruments of transfer of Title to the purchaser in accordance with the Real Estate contract [ see item 2 below]. All interest, insurance premiums, taxes and assessments are to be adjusted as of the date of possession by the purchaser.
2. This offer to purchase is not a legal contract of sale / purchase; and is subject to an acceptable Real Estate contract being executed and the relevant deposit(s) made to the vendor’s Attorney at Law or his / her Agent by the purchaser within _______ days from the date of acceptance of this offer.
3. This offer expires within ______ days of the date of receipt of the offer by the person(s) to whom the offer is made (the offeree) or his / her representative .The acceptance may be communicated by the offeree or his / her representative, verbally or in writing.
